One of the leading mid-market private equity investors in the UK, Livingbridge, recently announced their successful acquisition of FluidOne. The FluidOne company is a data connectivity aggregator created on the back of Rigby Group, a parent brand for a portfolio of successful businesses that operate across the Middle East and Europe.

FluidOne offers a selection of high-quality data connectivity services to business in the UK across a variety of verticals, including hospitality, construction and professional services. The organisation helps its diverse customer base to securely and quickly connect any device to their business-related data and applications via an enhanced integrated tech platform.

As the market for network connectivity across mobile, cloud and IoT continues to grow, FluidOne sees a host of opportunities to gain market share, precisely as the fibre optic broadband access continues to grow in the UK.

Investing in Internet Connectivity

The unique FluidOne platform is highly scalable, which allows the business to remain competitive and on-track for acquisitive and organic growth. There are also plenty of opportunities going forward for targeted sales, cross-selling, product development and marketing campaigns.

The business is managed by COO Chris Rogers, CFO Hemant Patel, and CEO Russell Horton, and since its inception in 2006 has shown exceptional financial growth. Going forward, FluidOne has shared ambitious targets, including the goal to be the best data connectivity provider for UK businesses.

The latest acquisition builds upon Livingbridge’s heritage of experience in the connectivity space, with investments that include M247, an internet infrastructure provider, Onyx, an IT infrastructure provider, and Southern Communications.

Looking Forward to New Growth

A partner for Livingbridge, Matthew Caffrey, commented on the acquisition, stating that the business is thrilled to be purchasing FluidOne. Livingbridge believes that the organisation is on the path for significant growth, thanks to its impressive position in the marketplace. As the UK continues to become more digitally focused, FluidOne will help Livingbridge to access a growing market for connectivity.

The CEO of FluidOne, Russell Horton noted that the brand has experienced significant growth over recent years, and they also have ongoing ambitions for the years ahead. FluidOne is happy to have the support of Livingbridge as they look for new ways to innovate in the connectivity space. Going forward, FluidOne will endeavour to remain the preferred communications provider for Group and SCC companies.
