Liverpool FC recently signed a multi-year agreement with Mitel to make them the club’s official global partner for unified communications and collaboration. This partnership will begin with a transformation of the communication systems at head office, retail facilities, training grounds and even the world-famous Anfield stadium using an innovative unified cloud platform.

At the heart of LFC’s decision to partner with Mitel is the quest to deliver a better experience for fans and customers, who will soon be able to reach the best agent available, using their preferred medium. As part of the solution, Mitel will be supporting the club in delivering an enhanced fan experience that reduces wait times and provides omnichannel functionality. Supporter contacts will be linked across all digital and voice environments to give LFC a better overview of their day-to-day interactions.
