SaaS solutions provider LogMeIn has appointed former Okta exec Patrick McCue as its new Global VP of Channel Sales.

In his new role, McCue will be responsible for leading the company’s high-growth strategy for channel sales and developing relationships with key partners.

Bill Wagner, President and Chief Executive Officer at LogMeIn, said of the appointment:

“Our partners are incredibly valuable stakeholders within our organisation and we are dedicated to enhancing their experience at every touchpoint and continuing to expand our partner channel”

“With Patrick’s knowledge and passion for building and developing partner relationships, we have the potential to reach more customers than ever before and further elevate our partner experience.”

McCue spent three years at Okta as the SVP of Worldwide Partnerships and has held a number of senior sales positions in software companies over the past 15 years.

“LogMeIn’s mission to unlock the potential of the modern workforce brings an exciting opportunity to leverage my experience with building partner strategy, programs, teams, and forging partnerships to deliver strategic solutions,” he said.

“I’m incredibly excited to join LogMeIn during a period of extensive growth to help lead this next chapter.”

McCue is the latest name to join the senior management team at LogMein, with Bill Robinson joining the firm last month as its first Chief Revenue Officer.
