The NEC Corporation of America recently announced general availability of the UNIVERGE BLUE EXTEND platform, supporting the NEC UNIVERGE BLUE CLOUD SERVICES. The BLUE EXTEND offering provides today’s customers with a unique ability to combine chat, voice, contact centre, and video functionality through UNIVERGE BLUE ENGAGE and Connect. Users can easily access business applications from Salesforce, Microsoft, and Google.
