NICE Launches the Industry’s Biggest Customer Experience Event

One of the world’s leading providers of on-premises and cloud-based software solutions, NICE recently announced their “Interactions 2018” event. “Interactions” is the world’s premier event for customer experience (CX), and this year, it will be hosting around 2100 customer experience and service executives, alongside a range of high-level industry analysts.

As customer experience becomes the ultimate differentiator for any brand, “Interactions” will be the event to attend to learn about industry best practices and listen to incredible keynotes from some of the biggest industry contenders. On May 15th, there will also be a day packed full of demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with executives from NICE.

Making Smarter Choices about Customer Experience

The NICE event hopes to introduce business owners to the overarching importance of customer experience and provide them with guidance on what they can do to excel in the space. Popular television host, Jay Leno will also be taking to the stage in 2018, alongside special guests Jamie and Adam from MythBusters. Attendees can also expect a presentation from the TechStyle Vice President of Strategic Operations, Anna Pettus, who will be discussing how they’ve used the NICE inContact platform to enhance customer experience infrastructure.

Attendees will be hearing from end-users about what they can do to improve customer experience through lessons learned across an array of tracks, including analytics, automation, AI, office productivity and motivation, and more. There will also be three educational tracks to explore during the event which centre around:

  • Interaction Analytics
  • Quality Optimisation and Interactions Management
  • Workforce Management

An Advanced CX Learning Experience

Interactions.edu will be running on the 14th of May this year and will feature a range of comprehensive hands-on training solutions, workshops, tips, and expertise from professionals in the customer experience space. Attendees will discover how to create and use the best platforms for CX with the help of NICE inContact services.

Additionally, the Solution Showcase will offer providers and industry experts a chance to explore the systems that are designed specifically for customer experience management. The space will host more than 90 booths and should come with cutting-edge technology to test out with conversations with exhibitors, live demonstrations, and more.

The CEO of NICE, Barak Eilam noted that 2018’s “Interactions” is set to be the event of the year for professionals who want to stay on top of the latest and greatest innovations in the space. With cloud-based interactions as the major theme, the event will bring to light how cutting-edge organisations can leverage NICE systems to offer the best possible customer experiences.

Interactions will launch on the 14th of May this year and run until the 16th at the  Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida, U.S. This year’s sponsors include Servion, Verizon, ConvergeOne, and many more. Participants can build their preferred agendas with education sessions, executive forums, and a single day pre-conference.
