Expert Guest and Sales Director of Natterbox, Ian Moyse, joins Patrick in this episode of Out Loud.
Ian firstly gives us the details on the growth that Natterbox have been experiencing in terms of staff and revenue. They have also been awarded with various industry accolades from organisations across the world including Salesforce themselves.
“Today we remain as the world’s the first, and still, only fully Salesforce integrated solution.”
Natterbox have focused solely on development within the Salesforce platform and this is a rather unique approach enabling them to specialise in integration, so much so that they are referred to customers by Salesforce themselves.
They have also received additional investment which can help them continue to growth and accelerate their development.
“It’s great being a leader in the market and having all the success, but we want to accelerate that and accelerate our differential and the gap between us and others in the market.”
Ian examples that the trending importance of customer experience (CX) is having a huge positive impact on Natterbox as their offering can radically help customers improve their own provision. Natterbox are focused on shortening and simplifying customer journeys to make them as effective as possible. Natterbox realise that providing context in customer interactions is critical for organisations. Ian provide various examples of how Natterbox solutions within Salesforce can achieve that.

Ian explains that over the next year Natterbox have ambitious growth plans to expand into new markets around the globe. As well logistical expansion Natterbox will also be continue to invest in the development of their platform with the help of feedback form their customers.
