PBX and SIP Trunk products provider RingLogix has partnered with TeamMate to innovate Microsoft Teams solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
RingLogix’s collaboration with TeamMate, which offers a direct routing solution for Teams, empowers MSPs and their clients to unlock the potential of Teams as a communications and collaboration platform while integrating it with RingLogix’s enterprise-grade, white-label UCaaS solution.
“This strategic partnership integration between RingLogix and TeamMate represents an opportunity for our valued partners to evolve and grow their UCaaS business,” Wayne Landt, Director of Partner Success at RingLogix, said.
It empowers them to capitalize on the popularity of Microsoft Teams by integrating our best-in-class voice solutions with the power of Teams collaboration. With this integration, our partners are better poised to win more deals, expand their customer base, and enhance their reputation as trusted MSPs in a rapidly evolving market.”
The RingLogix and TeamMate partnership seamlessly connects Teams with RingLogix’s PBX platform, enabling businesses to enhance their Teams services with new features, efficient reporting, and excellent calling capabilities in RingLogix.
RingLogix and TeamMate promise that by leveraging their integration, MSPs will be granted a competitive edge in a busy market because the integration enables MSPs to appeal to businesses reliant on Teams for their communications and collaboration.
Also, MSPs can win more deals by offering a Teams solution, given that over one million businesses use Teams. Lastly, Providing an integrated UCaaS and Teams solution means the MSP can deliver a tailored and valuable solution that fosters loyalty in customer relationships.
“Teams is an impressive collaboration tool, but the Microsoft phone system might not fill all the needs a customer might have,” added Eric Hernaez of TeamMate Technology. “Some customers require a true UCaaS system. With TeamMate, a RingLogix partner can turn Microsoft Teams into a softphone on their UCaaS service, which will allow their customers to get all the excellent features found in the RingLogix platform while still using Teams for collaboration.”
September for Teams Solutions
It’s been a busy month for Teams integrations and solutions.
Last week, Tollring introduced iCall Suite call analytics for Microsoft Teams Phone to allow businesses to analyse and enhance customer experience. The UK-based cloud call analytics specialist, Tollring, said the iCall Suite for Teams expands value to resellers’ Microsoft portfolios, growing customer ARPU and retention figures in a competitive marketplace.
In 2021, Tollring launched Analytics 365, a workplace analytics native app for Teams, providing managers with insights into worker wellbeing and productivity. Tollring stated that the iCall Suite reinforces its relationship with Microsoft, expanding upon the Analytics 365 transactable app introduced to the Microsoft Teams marketplace earlier this year.
Also last week, ASC Technologies began offering fully compliant call recording for Microsoft Teams Phone Mobile.
ASC’s Recording Insights is a product to address the growing business demand for secure and compliant mobile communications. With Recording Insights, Teams Phone Mobile users can be confident that their communication is fully compliant with the relevant regulatory standards — such as GDPR, MiFID II, HIPAA, and PCI DSS — instituted by governmental and regulatory bodies across the globe.
Yealink announced new AI-powered solutions for Microsoft Teams Rooms for more intelligent meetings. Yealink added that its 3rd-Gen MVC Series Microsoft Teams Rooms System is the first offering “to collaborate with Microsoft in integrating AI technologies like voice control, identity recognition, and transcription into video conferencing”.
Yealink’s new products include Microsoft Copilot integration, enabling voice commands to start and end meetings and freeing participants’ hands. Voice and facial recognition identifies and displays participant names in meetings and through real-time transcriptions. The system tracks the latest four active speakers through the service’s Multi-Stream People Feed (for regular meeting rooms) or Multi-Camera Intelliframe (for larger spaces).
