Sangoma Releases ‘Sangoma Suite’ Communications Bundle

Sangoma is launching the ‘Sangoma Suite’ communications bundle, which includes UCaaS solutions and platform integrations.

Describing itself as a “trusted leader in delivering cloud-based Communications as a Service solutions for companies of all sizes”, Sangoma has introduced a complete package of key communications solutions.

Alongside the core components of the Sangoma Suite, the company is also offering discounts for organisations wishing to add in its contact centre, phones, SD-WAN, and cloud security solutions.

Jim Machi, Chief Product and Marketing Officer for Sangoma, said: “We’re excited to offer businesses an all-in-one communications solution that combines the best of Sangoma’s products into a comprehensive package.

“Sangoma Suite is designed to make communications easy, reliable, and cost-effective by delivering the essential solutions that every business needs from a single source.”

Contained within the bundle are UCaaS, collaboration, and video meeting solutions, plus platform integrations.

The suite’s UCaaS solutions include business phone systems, cloud-based systems, hybrid phone systems, and on-premise systems.

Team collaboration refers to Sangoma Meet, a videoconferencing tool for meetings;

Sangoma Talk, which offers softphones for business; Sangoma Teamhub, providing complete online team collaboration tools; Sangoma Phone, enabling video, voice, and chat; and more.

Companies can pick and choose which options are the right fit for them. It is not a single set of solutions, but a selection of from which businesses can build their bundles.

Sangoma’s Apps can also be bundled into the offering, which include Sangoma Curbside, Sangoma Send, Sangoma Connector (CRM), and more.

Sangoma Send, for example, can be used to send instant alerts to your teams via text and email.

The Sangoma Suite enables businesses to consolidate their communications infrastructure into a single-vendor solution, thereby simplifying the process for customers, increasing productivity, and streamlining communications.

Sangoma lists five key benefits of implementing the Sangoma Suite.

First, the suite comes from a single provider, which also means it will be a single point of contact for any technical or support calls that businesses may require.

Second, the solutions contained within the communications bundle have been designed for interoperability between one another.

Third, the bundle will provide teams working across various locations with enhanced collaboration and communications capabilities.

Fourth, Organisations will save money, according to Sangoma, as a result of bundling multiple solutions together, instead of purchasing them as separate products.

Finally, Sangoma provides comprehensive support from its team of experts.

Earlier this month, Sangoma added webchat to its cloud-based contact centre platform, Sangoma CX.

The new functionality will allow agents to communicate with customers through Sangoma’s platform interface.

As a result, agents can move seamlessly between calls and webchat, without mixing up conversation and increasing communication options for both agents and customers.

Machi spoke about the update to Sangoma CX: “We are confident that these new features will improve the user experience and help users achieve their goals easily.

“Our team has worked hard to ensure that these features will help transform our customers’ businesses cost-effectively, provide a richer contact centre experience, reduce churn, and boost customer loyalty.”

Last year, Sangoma shipped its one millionth IP desk phone, proving that desk phones are still relevant for customers and vendors alike.
