The deal was signed with a company called “Vaddio”, an impressive manufacturer of pan-tilt-zoom camera options, along with AV and VC solutions for collaboration and communication initiatives in the workplace.
The latest deal is intended to give ScanSource Imago the freedom and confidence that they need to access resources that will allow them to meet with increasing demands. Currently, the business is facing a growing desire for product solutions from their reseller channel, who are seeking out more versatile “huddle room” options. These huddle rooms are spaces designed for smaller meeting rooms between business co-workers. The rooms will be supported by the conferencing products that Vaddio produces.
Outlining the New Agreement
Thanks to the new distribution agreement, ScanSource Imago will be able to begin providing resellers with the specialist PTZ cameras that Vaddio are responsible for building and supplying. These cameras are perfect for lecture capture, conferencing, and general AV requirements, as well as bridging systems and enterprise-level video collaboration. What’s more, ScanSource Imago will also be delivering the value-added support and services required for the facilitation of greater collaboration and communication.
The support and services provided by ScanSource Imago will include training and education, marketing support and technical support, all designed to allow resellers to focus more exclusively on growing their customer relationships and sales.
