Last July, CallTower launched Solgari as a Microsoft Teams-integrated contact centre, Solgari, to empower the customer experience.
Solgari is integrated as a Microsoft-certified Contact Centre within the Teams application for Operator Connect and Direct Routing. This integration offers Teams users a cohesive solution with robust features like call recording, IVR, advanced routing, and omnichannel capabilities extending to chat, email, and SMS, ensuring a comprehensive communication framework.
In March, SIPPIO announced a significant enhancement of its Microsoft Teams Phone service. The new products provide advanced reporting, call recording, AI-driven insights, and integrated messaging, improving the Teams Phone experience for global enterprises.
