Splicecom Ups the Business Analytics Ante with Vision v1.7

Splicecom launched the latest version of Vision, the modular Business Management application suite for cloud, on-premises and blended requirements, during their recent reseller roadshows. Vision v1.7 delivers all the business analytics information required for day-to-day operational overviews, on-going reviews and future business planning to those that need it.

The Vision suite is a true added value business tool. The analysis it provides is used by companies small and large to increase sales, improve customer service and identify opportunities for new services and products. Additionally, Vision helps in the management and cost control of both infrastructure and staff. Vision blends the elements of Call Management, Call Recording and real-time Dashboards and Wallboards into a unique analytics solution, where the whole is far greater than the sum of the parts. Developed in-house by Splicecom, Vision is an embedded application, which means that it’s been designed from the ground up to integrate with SelectVoice and Maximiser platforms to guarantee the delivery of detailed reports, accurate stats and greater data integrity. And being browser based, Vision Business Management allows time sensitive information to be accessed anywhere, anytime, on any device.
