Date: 19th to 22nd of November 2019

Location: San Francisco

Audience: Dreamforce is one of the most exciting annual user conferences in the communication space, packed full of unique things to do and explore. Anyone who currently depends on Salesforce to run their business or is planning on investing in the future will be welcome in the Dreamforce crowd. It’s a great place to meet industry pioneers, IT professionals, and thought leaders.

Event Type: Dreamforce is a user conference where you can come together with professionals around the globe to discuss everything from sales analytics and customer engagement, to marketing and collaboration. The event is known for its thought-provoking speaker sessions, as well as introductions to new Salesforce innovations. Customer Engagement Summit 2019

Event: Customer Engagement Summit 2019

Date: 11th and 12th of November 2019

Location: London

Audience: By attending the Summit you will be joining over 1,200 delegates along with 120 speakers across four seminar halls and 28 topic streams. Industry experts will be delving deeper into the most prominent trending topics to send you back to the office equipped to take your customer experiences to the next level. Attending Europe’s largest customer experience event provides a unique experience.
