Dialpad, a communications pioneer with its own AI-driven cloud-based communication platform, recently announced its decision to aggressively expand its global presence. Dialpad will be delivering it’s enhanced communication solutions to the EMEA market going forward and has opened a new London office with an expanded channel sales team.

Dialpad has also built on its relationship with partners like Avant and ScanSource to improve their digital footprint around the world. The Dialpad team in London will be focused on developing new channel sales strategies to meet the ever-increasing demand for cloud communication strategies across the UK and Europe.

Breaching the EMEA Cloud Comms Market

Dialpad believes in driving better business communications for companies around the world. The Dialpad solution, delivered through the Google Cloud platform, offers excellent reliability and security to more than 58,000 of the world’s leading businesses, including Uber, WeWork, Xero, and more. Now, the brand is working on its European expansion plans.

According to research from IDC, the overall market for cloud communications in Europe will grow by at least 22% in the next 3 years. Through an advanced suite of team collaboration tools, customer support services, and sales enablement strategies, Dialpad plans to provide companies with a complete portfolio. Through Dialpad, European clients will be able to access a comprehensive cloud-based communications platform, powered by state-of-the-art Voice Intelligence innovations.

Dialpad is opening its new office in London with several crucial hires in the field-facing organization. Joining the Team as Channel Managers are Russel Bigg and Jeremey Slater. Slater will be managing Sales and Indirect Partnerships from the office in London. Jeremy comes to Dialpad from previous positions with Zoom and BlueJeans, where he earned a reputation for excellent UCaaS skills. Bigg is coming to Dialpad from a history with Pexip and West Corporation. Throughout his career, Bigg led the channel and partner ecosystem to a growth of 70% in one year.

Dialpad plans to expand further on their London team by the end of 2019. According to the CEO of Dialpad, Craig Walker, the capital city of the UK represents an incredible opportunity for Dialpad to scale across all of the regions in the UK, and into Europe. As a true pure-cloud provider, Dialpad can offer customers exceptional scalability and world-class service – things that all European countries require.

By building their channel partner program out into Europe, Dialpad will continue to develop on its exponential growth strategy. Currently, the company supports more than 400 partners in providing UCaaS services and distributing communication lines. Last year, Dialpad achieved a sensational 289% channel revenue growth, alongside a 358% growth in new channel customers. Across the last 2 years, Dialpad has bolstered their indirect sales channels, with early participants in the program seeing a 450% increase in revenue.

Self-service sign-ups and EMEA direct sales are expected to begin in August 2019.
