One of the fastest-growing UC companies in the world, Enreach recently moved another step forward in its quest to unlock new market opportunities. As part of the company’s desire to access valuable markets in the Nordics and target mid-market and higher customers, Enreach has acquired Benemen.

Benemen, based in Finland, will deliver significant value to the existing Enreach UCaaS and CCaaS offerings, with off-the-shelf integrations to solutions like Microsoft and Salesforce. The cloud-based communication solutions available come with access to mobile integrations enabling native fixed-mobile integration in the key markets of Poland, Sweden, and Finland. Benemen will also increase Enreach’s MVNO coverage opportunities.

Investing in Continued Growth

According to CEO of Enreach, Stijn Nijhuis, Benemen represents an exciting step in the Enreach strategy to become Europe’s leading UCaaS provider. Enreach is keen to offer a full unified portfolio of outbound and inbound services in the contact centre sector.

Benemen adds enhanced abilities to the Enreach CCaaS offering, particularly with industry-leading integrations with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce. Benemen’s MVNO coverage and cloud-based expertise make the company a natural fit for Enreach. Stijn notes that the brand is thrilled to be welcoming such an effective multi-country cloud communications provider to the group.

Benemen, which originally launched in 2007, entered the market with an ambitious growth strategy too. Similar to Enreach, the company grew quickly and is now in a strong position to support Enreach in growing its presence for CCaaS in the Nordic region.

Looking Ahead

Following the completion of the acquisition, Benemen will continue operating independently, while gaining access to various group synergies from Enreach. The company will also remain based in Helsinki Finland, with CEO Matti Heikkonen joining the Enreach group executive board. Matti will help to drive new growth initiatives in the region alongside the existing Enreach management team.

Matti noted that in recent years, the company has helped many high-end mid-market and enterprise companies to discover the value of voice. With Enreach by its side, Benemen will continue to unlock new potential and opportunity for its customers. Benemen is looking forward to delivering a wider range of efficient sales, customer service, and retention tools to today’s users. The two brands believe their shared customers will benefit from access to a much broader portfolio in the Nordic region.
