The new iPECS Cloud Mobile (iCM) solution delivers all the benefits of iPECS cloud with a mobile device and in-built dialler. This eliminates the needs for an extra mobile app, as users can dial extension numbers, become members of hunt groups, and unlock the same functionality as an iPECS IP handset.

Users of the new Pragma solution can access iPECS Cloud from their phone by installing the SIM now available for iCM. Product Marketing Manager of Pragma, Andy Herring, said that 2020 is the perfect time for this new innovation.

The Perfect Solution for Homeworking

Andy noted in a press release about iPECS mobile that 2020 has become renowned for its home working strategy, and people starting to work within virtual environments. Delivering iPECS Cloud Mobile into the reseller channel will keep Pragma partners on the cutting edge of cloud telephony, with extra support for today’s remote users.

The partnership with Tango Networks enables the company to create the perfect foundations for a new mobility service. This solution can continue to transform with the iPECS cloud offering, to deliver amazing features for end-users, and opportunities for reseller channels.

Head of Channels EMEA at Tango Networks, Philip Hesketh, said that Pragma is one of the leading companies in the UK cloud telephony channel. This new opportunity to work with the company on further strengthening the feature-rich cloud platform was a clearly positive move. In Pragma, Tango sees a cloud platform that fits the strategy for growth and development over the next 5 years perfectly.

The new partnership between Tango Networks and Pragma could deliver a huge variety of positive benefits going forward. Technical Director of DataKom, Craig Jones, said that this is clear proof that Pragma isn’t content to sit back and just ignore the future when it comes to cloud. The company decided to move to a 100% cloud-centric strategy a little while ago, and iPECS Cloud was the obvious option.

The incredible iCM service is just the latest creation in a series of exciting enhancements available to be delivered to the cloud platform. It’s something that salespeople in the space can’t wait to take to their customers.
