ULAP Networks is bringing access to NICE’s CXone customer experience software to the ULAP Smart Exchange thanks to a new partnership with NICE. Under the partnership, NICE’s CXone cloud CX platform, which is underpinned by purpose-built artificial intelligence (AI) will be combined with ULAP’s cost-efficient, Intelligent Smart Exchange solutions. This will enable customers to reduce the need for expensive, legacy hardware by adopting NICE AI and cloud technologies via ULAP’s Smart Cloud Network infrastructure.
Enabling a modern, efficient model for delivering and using a CX platform provides flexibility in addition to the cost efficiencies and operational simplification detailed above. Customers benefit from the addition of CXone to the ULAP Smart Exchange by being able to add sites, users and applications for NICE as required via ULAP’s Smart Cloud Network. The ULAP connectivity also enables them to gain real-time visibility along with automatic upgrades and advanced insights within their NICE experience.
