Microsoft and BT have announced a partnership that the pair claim will βshape the future of voice callingβ.
The deal will see BT move its Global managed voice services to Microsoftβs cloud.

Microsoft said that the βunique partnership paves the way for the development of revolutionary new cloud-based products and servicesβ for both BT customers and the telecoms industry.
It added that Operator Connect, which is currently in public preview, will unlock new business models and revenue streams for BT.
