8×8 has appointed a new channel boss to drive the adoption of its combined UC-CC offering globally.
Lisa Del Real joins from RingCentral, where she had been Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.

Del Real spent more than 10 years at RingCentral in various channel-focused roles, according to her LinkedIn profile.
She said: “A strong majority of the channel view selling a single-vendor, integrated UCaaS and CCaaS solution as a differentiated advantage versus multi-vendor point solutions.
“8×8 is perfectly positioned to provide partners and their customers with truly ground-breaking products and services with the 8×8 XCaaS solution.

This is the second senior appointment 8×8 has made in January, following the appointment of Stephanie Garcia as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Last week 8×8 completed its acquisition of Fuze.
