Zoom and 22Miles have teamed up to bring customers the 22Miles Space Booking Marketplace listing.
The partnership means that new and existing 22Miles users can decide to incorporate the full Zoom Meeting client and experience into their workplace visual communication solutions.
According to 22Miles, the app does not require additional sign-in information as it integrates directly with an organisation’s existing Office 365 and G-Suite.
Tomer Mann, Chief Revenue Officer at 22Miles, said: “Zoom is at the forefront of the modern workplace, and it’s been a pillar of digital transformation as we know it.
“This integration is a natural fit for 22Miles as we strive to define and deliver new standards for immersive, interactive and collaborative digital experiences for increasingly complex collaboration ecosystems.”
Customers who deploy the 22Miles Space Booking app with have access to the following features:
- Videoconferencing on various devices, including desktop, room booking, digital signage, mobile and kiosks.
- Access available spaces and make room reservations.
- Schedule Zoom Meetings for reserved spaces.
- Invite remote workers to Zoom Meetings.
- View meeting information on any connected device screen.
22Miles says the Space Booking app is part of the company’s commitment to support end-to-end user journeys that streamline experiences, simplify programming, and maximise efficiencies.
IT admins can also benefit from the 22Miles content management solution’s interface, which enables teams to build fully customisable video-based experiences quickly.
Administrators can add or edit branding, spaces, and settings to suit the unique needs of their business.
Zoom has recently boosted its Marketplace offering by announcing that a Salesforce App for Zoom Team Chat is now available for users.
The integration of Salesforce to Team Chat is part of Zoom’s promise to make it a “hub of collaboration”.
Zoom first introduced Apps for Team Chat at Zoomtopia last month to allow users to bring everyday work tasks into the space where conversations take place.
Earlier this month, the company also revealed upgrades to the viewing area of its videoconferencing platform.
Called Zoom Rooms Enhanced Views, the changes mean users will have better visuals on shared content, in-meeting chat messages and small-screen displays for other participants.
Altogether the refurbishment intends to make meetings more equitable and transparent in the hybrid environment.
