How can I enter the awards?

Please review the categories and judging criteria and then fill out the application form for the award you’re applying to. All entries will go into a central inbox and you’ll receive a notification from us to let you know we’ve got your submission.

Is there a cost to enter and can I enter more than one category?

Yes, there is a cost of £550 GBP excluding VAT ($727) to enter. Payment is taken online once you have submitted your application.

You are also welcome to enter as many categories that you feel are a good match to your achievements in the past year. If you apply for three awards, you’ll only pay for two (£1,100 excluding VAT, or $1,452). Please ensure that you submit a separate application for each category you wish to enter.

Please note that all USD ($) amounts are approximate and subject to change depending on current exchange rates.

Who are the judges and what are they looking for?

Our group of judges are well-known and respected experts in the UC industry and have been invited by us to participate. For more information on individual judges and their backgrounds, please visit the judges page.

The judging criteria is available on each category, this may help you to focus your submission. Please note you cannot appeal your entry and the judges’ decision is final.

Can I enter more than one category?

Yes! You are free to enter as many categories that you feel are a good match to your achievements in the past year. If you apply for three awards, you’ll only pay for two (£1100 GBP/$1,452 USD).

Can I duplicate my form for multiple entries and apply from any country?

No, each entry requires a separate form submission and each category will have its own specific criteria.

We are truly global, and applications are encouraged from wherever you are based in the world.

What’s the deadline for submitting my entries and how will I know if I've been shortlisted?

The deadline for submissions is Friday, June 20, 2025 and we will be announcing the shortlist on the website and our social channels on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

Winners will be announced on Thursday, August 07, 2025, and our community will get the chance to celebrate achievements in the last year.
