SIPPIO has announced the SIPPIO Partner Exchange to empower its Microsoft Teams Phone MSP and reseller partners.
This program is designed to empower MSPs and resellers by providing increased visibility, improved lead generation, and direct access to customer leads through Operator Connect. SIPPIO pitches its Partner Exchange as an online marketplace where potential customers can search for and connect with partners based on factors such as geography, technical expertise, industry knowledge, and complementary services like hardware, security, and IT solutions.

In addition to its presence on the SIPPIO website, the Partner Exchange will also integrate with SIPPIO’s listing on the Microsoft Operator Connect marketplace. Rather than processing leads directly, SIPPIO says it will now redirect traffic to partners listed in the exchange, offering a streamlined, efficient solution for both customers and partners.
SIPPIO adds that the program will feature a monthly Partner Spotlight, offering its partners the opportunity to be prominently showcased within the Partner Exchange. This spotlight will include visibility on the SIPPIO homepage and ongoing promotion across SIPPIO platforms, allowing partners to share their success stories and gain increased exposure.

Just before Christmas, SIPPIO partnered with voice security solution Mutare to bolster voice traffic security in its UCaaS offerings. Through this partnership, SIPPIO will incorporate Mutare’s Voice Traffic Filter as an optional feature within its SIPPIO Connect and SIPPIO Bridge products.
Mutare’s Voice Traffic Filter is designed to provide an additional layer of protection against voice-based threats, such as robocalls, spam, and spoofed traffic. This solution enhances call integrity, improves operational efficiency, and strengthens security, enabling businesses to maintain secure and reliable comms channels.
Meanwhile, last month, SIPPIO and Akixi partnered to empower enterprises with advanced call analytics for Microsoft Teams.
