Helpmonks has launched an all-in-one team collaboration software.

Then line two would be “The new version of its flagship product combines team emails, live chat, and an email marketing platform.

The all-in-one team collaboration tool is designed to allow users to stay within one app while interacting with customers.

Support, sales, or marketing teams will be able to use an email management system that is built into the platform to make communicating with customers faster and easier.

Nitai Aventaggiato, Helpmonks Founder, said: “We always tried to give our users a holistic view into their business within Helpmonks. However, this new version takes it to the next level and is optimized for today’s modern businesses.

“Just about everything has been redesigned from the ground up to meet today’s requirement on customer success.”

The software allows users to customise how they wish to view and manage their emails, along with a standard unified inbox.

Helpmonks has developed “FLOW”, a company waterfall feature that lets users scroll through their emails and quickly respond or leave a note internally.

The software also works with well-known email providers such as Gmail and Microsoft.

Unlike the previous version, users can now find a complete CRM-like contact and company management capabilities within the platform. Helpmonks says it includes a comprehensive attachment overview of all emails past and present.

Helpmonks has also confirmed that SMS and WhatsApp messaging will be added to the platform at a later date.

According to Helpmonks, pricing for the platform is by mailboxes, not per user.

The all-in-one collaboration tool starts from $99 per month, with potential users invited to try the software on a free, 30-day trial.

Helpmonks was founded in December 2013 and provides an email management platform designed to improve customer communication.

The company initially started as a shared inbox solution before developing into an entire team collaboration suite.

According to Helpmonks, over 2,000 companies use the software daily to manage their team email workflow.
