HP is intending to elevate the IT experience for UK employees by releasing its Workforce Experience Platform.

HP pitches the Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) as a new AI-driven digital employee experience solution that will transform how organisations manage and support their IT environments. Designed to boost security and productivity, HP says that WXP delivers a comprehensive managed service that marries device telemetry, user sentiment analysis, and intelligent automation across PCs, printers, and broader IT infrastructure.

By integrating these capabilities, HP suggests WXP enables IT teams to proactively address performance issues, streamline support, and enhance the overall employee tech experience. Delivered via HP and its channel partners, the platform aims to empower businesses to make smarter, data-informed decisions that drive operational efficiency and workforce engagement.

“The way people work is changing rapidly, and businesses need to keep up,” said Lee Elliot, Director of Workforce Solutions of HP Northwest Europe. “Productive and engaged employees are at the heart of successful businesses.

With WXP, we are helping our customers shift from firefighting to forward-planning by supporting remote, hybrid, and in-office teams with equal agility. By reducing IT friction, simplifying operations and lowering total cost of ownership, WXP empowers organisations to deliver seamless technology experiences that drive performance and improve employee satisfaction.”

The HP Workforce Experience Platform is now available in the UK and offers three tiered service plans: Standard, Professional, and Elite. Each plan is tailored to address varying levels of IT management complexity and employee experience requirements.

Breaking Down the WXP’s Feature Set in Detail

HP outlines that the WXP consolidates a variety of smart tools into a unified dashboard, integrating multiple of the company’s services to simplify IT operations and bolster the employee experience. With real-time recommendations and persona-based optimisation, WXP leverages AI to understand how individuals use their devices and tailors technology accordingly, aspiring to move beyond outdated, one-size-fits-all approaches.

HP says its natural language interface allows IT teams to ask questions like “Which devices need storage upgrades?” and receive instant, actionable insights, making data-driven decisions easier and faster. Cross-platform visibility is highlighted as another key feature: WXP will soon support monitoring across different operating systems, device types, and manufacturers, from PCs and printers to peripherals and collaboration tools.

Additionally, HP says smart lifecycle planning helps organisations predict and schedule device refreshes based on real usage data. Meanwhile, built-in employee sentiment tracking via pulse surveys provides continuous feedback on the digital experience. By correlating this feedback with performance metrics, such as slow boot times or connectivity issues, WXP pinpoints areas for targeted improvement.

The platform also intends to reduce helpdesk strain with automated support workflows and integrates HP Wolf Security to enhance endpoint protection. Following HP’s acquisition of Vyopta, WXP will also introduce advanced video conferencing analytics to boost hybrid meeting experiences and track resource use more effectively.

Designed for flexibility, HP adds that WXP supports multi-vendor, multi-OS environments and integrates with enterprise tools like Microsoft Power BI, ServiceNow, and Tableau. It also automates critical system updates, including drivers and BIOS, reducing manual workloads and lowering IT operational costs.

Poly, Utelogy Deliver Poly Lens Integration to Enhance Unified Tech Management

Last month, HP Poly and Utelogy partnered to enhance unified technology management through ongoing Poly Lens support.

Utelogy Corporation, a provider of unified solutions for managing, monitoring, and automating AV and UC technologies in modern work environments, has unveiled a new integration with Poly Lens, the cloud-based device management platform.

This development allows Utelogy’s platform to tap into the Poly Lens API, extending its capabilities to offer deeper insight and improved operational control across HP and Poly devices. The integration, part of Utelogy’s ongoing collaboration with its strategic Utelligence partner, HP | Poly, is positioned as a major step forward in AV and UC infrastructure management.

By combining Utelogy’s robust oversight tools with Poly Lens’s data and device control features, HP Poly and Utelogy suggest IT and UC leaders gain a more powerful, unified approach to managing their AV ecosystems.
