Leading collaboration brand, LogMeIn, just announced the launch of their new GoTo Marketplace. The marketplace will act as a single point of access for all applications and productivity tools in the LogMeIn suite for collaboration and communication products.

Along with the Marketplace, LogMeIn also announced the arrival of new and enhanced integrations for the GoTo portfolio, which includes the appearance of companies like Zoho, Salesforce Lightning, and Prezi. The new marketplace and integrations will help to drive better experiences within modern UC&C workflows.

Introducing the GoTo Marketplace

The GoTo Marketplace was designed for customers to more easily access applications intended to enhance the GoTo product suite. Customers will be able to easily and quickly begin using the GoTo suite with applications and productivity tools that range from sales and marketing to customer support solutions, scheduling, education, and learning apps. Through the marketplace, customers and end-users have a simple way to build a custom workflow for their unique ecosystems.

According to SVP and General Manager of UCC at LogMeIn, Mark Strassman, working the way that customers want to work continues to be a top priority for LogMeIn. The integration marketplace was built with customer needs in mind. What’s more, new integrations should enhance customer experiences even further in the GoTo landscape. Some of the latest integrations include:

  • Jive/GoToConnect and Clio for screen pops designed to support legal practices. Seamless call tracking will also help with billable hours in law firms
  • GoToWebinar and Prezi to deliver more engaging visuals in webinars. Information can be delivered similar to a news broadcast, without the need to switch between screens
  • GoToMeeting and Theta Lake to automate the capture and storage of video communications. The solution will also detect unintentional data sharing and compliance risks
  • GoToMeeting and Salesforce Lightning to launch GoToMeeting from Salesforce. This integration will allow users to enjoy face-to-face meetings without leaving Salesforce
  • GoToConnect/Jive and Salesforce Lightning for accurate sales analytics and call logging, and daily call tracking. There’s also improved efficiency in note-taking and click-to-call features
  • GoToConnect/Jive and Zoho for simplified call activity management and intelligent call routing. Zoho’s intelligent assistant ZIA is built into the integration for advanced call management

New Opportunities from GoTo

According to the VP of Revenue Growth at Zoho, Anand Nergunam, the Zoho suite of products already provide businesses with critical data that they can use to enhance unified customer experiences. However, integration Zoho with the GoTo suite of products will help businesses to deliver personalised customer experiences that improve all-around efficiency. Through the new partnership, Zoho and LogMeIn will make it easier for companies to leverage the power of both platforms simultaneously.

Clio’s Manager of App and Developer ecosystems, Andrew Gay, also commented on the new Marketplace. According to Andrew, law firms need powerful technologies to support their business operations and their customers. Partnering with the GoTo Suite of products means that law firms will have the option to capture more billable hours with Clio while improving the overall customer experience.
