Complex and acoustically-challenging spaces present significant obstacles: on the one hand for IT and audio professionals searching for the right audio solution; on the other hand, for professors and students striving to effectively communicate and interact during their classes.

To address these challenges, Shure and Neat announced an alliance to deliver enhanced experiences in classrooms alongside meeting spaces. By working together, the companies ensure seamless integration between Neat Bar Pro video bar and multiple Shure Microflex® Ecosystem offerings, including the new Microflex® Wireless neXt 2.

Microflex Wireless (MXW) neXt 2 is a versatile, two-channel wireless microphone system designed to offer a cost-effective, intuitive, and all-in-one audio solution for hybrid environments.

In Higher Education spaces, Neat Bar Pro can be paired with Shure MXW neXt 2 combined with Shure MXN5W-C Loudspeaker, delivering state-of-the-art audio pick up and reproduction for all lecture participants spread throughout a large auditorium or lecture space or joining remotely.

This ensures that all attending participants can hear and feel heard, while also assuring that the moving presenter can guide the session without technical and audio interruptions.

The combination of the two companies’ products delivers easy-to-install solutions that are scalable for any type of room. While Neat Bar Pro delivers high quality video capability that can auto-frame, zoom in and follow each in-room participant individually, the devices from the Shure Microflex Ecosystem complement Neat video deployments by extending the audio capabilities of Neat Bar Pro to provide premium audio for larger and more complicated spaces.

“By partnering with Neat, we address the needs of modern classrooms and complex meeting rooms that demand reliable audio and video performance by assuring the best experience for all participants from home or in the room.”

  • Jonathan Boaz, Director of Alliance Partner Sales at Shure.

Select combination of Shure and Neat products are certified for Zoom Rooms and help to ensure IT professionals and end users can access a complete collaboration offering that is easy to install and use while providing high standards in audio and video.
