SolunoBC, one of the largest carrier-independent UCaaS suppliers for the Nordic market, recently announced that it would be launching a complete integration with Microsoft Teams. The alliance between SolunoBC’s cloud-based PBX services and the Microsoft Teams Collaboration tool is designed to support and attract larger businesses to the brand’s offerings.

SolunoBC believes that the combination of their state-of-the-art PBX functionality and the MS Teams range of collaborative solutions will be in high demand among customers. The combination aims to provide excellent user-friendliness and flexibility in carrier options to businesses of any background or size.

Standing Out with Carrier Independent Services

Because SolunoBC has concentrated on developing it’s own integrations and services, alongside a carrier-independent cloud exchange, the brand has a fantastic differentiated offering. Today, the company is one of the fastest-growing suppliers in the Nordic market. SolunoBC’s team has said that they’re looking forward to strengthening their position in the market, by bridging the gap between technology and services for their customers.

The Soluno group believes that integration with Microsoft Teams is a natural step forward for the company. In the past, the brand has offered solutions for both Skype for Business and Lync, making Microsoft Teams a fantastic next step. With the simplified setup strategy offered by Microsoft Teams, Soluno users will be able to access all of their favourite Microsoft products, combined with a fantastic PBX offering.

The service will initially be launched on the Swedish market, and the user will be able to access it regardless of which carrier their customers have access to. Additionally, SolunoBC will be offering a complete cloud exchange solution that supports a fully mobile environment with all carriers.

Designed for Any Business Size

According to Soluno, the Microsoft Teams integration has been designed and adapted in a way that aims to provide easy support to any company working with the Microsoft ecosystem. SolunoBC wants to give their customers access to complete PBX functionality, combined with Microsoft Teams, and extensive features like attendant views, IVR, and ACD groups.

Soluno will be continuing their rollout in multiple markets throughout the rest of 2019, including the UK, Finland, and Germany. In a press release, the CMO at SolunoBC, Christian Hed, said that the new service will be an excellent opportunity for companies in need of more complex PBX functionality to extend their Microsoft Teams experience.

SolunoBC is excited to bring their new offering to market with any carrier, providing a comprehensive cloud-based solution.
