The only difference is that the system is now linked to the company’s backend systems, and of course, their new eCommerce partner, Avangate.

UCi2i partnered with the soon-to-be-rebranded Avangate, to offer their customers a secure and reliable platform for purchasing online. In terms of customer base and security scale, there’s no other eCommerce provider today that comes close to the solutions that Avangate can offer – something that UCi2i hopes will give their clients absolute peace of mind.
In an effort to make their offering more appealing, UCi2i also decided that they’d need to split their solutions between both SMB and Enterprise customers. The customer will receive confirmation of their order within minutes, and will be required to fill in the details for naming VMRs and VC-Connect plans. Once that information has been sent back to UCi2i, the actual provisioning process will take seconds, making launch quicker than ever.
