UCi2i, a company devoted to simplifying and improving the communication and collaboration process for modern businesses, recently upgraded their service offering with a brand-new eCommerce website. The eCommerce site went live for the first time on the 25th of June, and has essentially the same look and feel as the original website, with the valuable addition of one new feature – an upgraded products tab.

Clicking on the “products” tab will now take customers through to a secure page with a price in GBP, USD or EUR and an “order” button, so you can choose your ideal collection of UCi2i products quickly, and easily. Once clicked, the advanced system will transport you to the eCommerce part of the UCi2i website, where you’ll enjoy the familiar features of your standard UCi2i portal. The only difference is that the system is now linked to the company’s backend systems, and of course, their new eCommerce partner, Avangate.

Purchasing Products from UCi2i

UCi2i partnered with the soon-to-be-rebranded Avangate, to offer their customers a secure and reliable platform for purchasing online. In terms of customer base and security scale, there’s no other eCommerce provider today that comes close to the solutions that Avangate can offer – something that UCi2i hopes will give their clients absolute peace of mind.

In an effort to make their offering more appealing, UCi2i also decided that they’d need to split their solutions between both SMB and Enterprise customers. Their eCommerce website will allow people to order the basic, and “simple” SMB bundles, that provide solutions for 5, 10, 15, 20, or even 25 seat VMRs, domain hosting, Support, and VC-Connect plans. Each of these bundles have been competitively priced to provide a smaller value transaction to a large market of customers in need of secure, HD video. Alternatively, enterprise-level services will only be available via partners.

For those using the eCommerce service, the process should be quick and simple. The customer will receive confirmation of their order within minutes, and will be required to fill in the details for naming VMRs and VC-Connect plans. Once that information has been sent back to UCi2i, the actual provisioning process will take seconds, making launch quicker than ever.

The customer will receive all the instructions and log-ins they need to start making the most of their UCi2i solutions in no time.

What UCi2i Have to Say about the Website Change

For most businesses, the adaptation to the UCi2i website will be a fantastic step forward for the brand, simplifying the way that they can gain access to SMB services and bundles. According to Jonathan Phillips, the Commercial Director for UCi2i:

“There are thousands of potential businesses who would love to have a service like ours, but mistakenly believe that enterprise-grade video conferencing is reserved for big companies. They believe that accessing these services is expensive, complicated, and difficult to manage or incorporate into their operations.”

“Contrastingly, our eCommerce offer will allow SMBs to access all of the UCi2i technology they need at a fraction of the cost. We’re even giving simplified bundled offers, that combine monthly or yearly contracts with services that could get an organisation up and running with fantastic HD video – interoperable with Skype for Business, Skype Consumer, WebRTC, SIP, H.323 and more.”

Thanks to UCi2i, and their new eCommerce solution, smaller businesses can access all the services that they need for enhanced collaboration and communication, without having to worry about paying more than they can afford. The bundles come at the price of an average mobile phone contract!

In a world where customers and companies are growing smarter than ever before – with clients doing their homework before they purchase, UCi2i believes that they’ll help their customers to make powerful, more-informed decisions.

“By placing these SMB bundles online, we’ve removed the barriers to allow instant purchasing and deployment.”
