Yamaha UC Expands Conference Series
Yamaha's ready-to-install conference solutions
Leading audio and video conferencing solutions vendor, Yamaha Unified Communications, recently announced the expansion of their ready-to-instance Conference ensemble series. The conferencing company has widened its offering of bundled audio conferencing solutions, specially designed for easy use and simple installation. These out-of-the-box boardroom kits utilise state-of-the-art UC applications for end-to-end productivity.
Today, Yamaha customers can select from a range of options, including the YAI-1 with as many as 8 Executive Elite wireless microphones. There’s also the YAI-1 XL with up to 16 microphones available. Both bundles include a 1-16 PoE speaker array, with two pre-configured digital signature processes, Dante AVIO USB adapter, network switch and cabling.
The New Conferencing Tools
According to Yamaha’s Director of Product Management, Holger Stoltze, when the original YAI-1 conference ensemble was originally designed, it introduced the proven and innovative technology available for companies looking to deliver superior audio quality in a pre-configured and easy-to-use package.
According to Stoltze, the YAI-1 XL expands on the simple conference room solution with even more coverage for a broader range of participants. Users now have the opportunity to tap into the natural and clear audio they’ve been searching for in small and mid-sized UC spaces featuring Yamaha tools.
The YAI-1 XL plug-and-play professional audio system comes with two Revolabs Elite wireless microphone systems, capable of supporting 8 channels of audio. The package also comes with four PoE VXL1-16 speaker arrays, a pre-configured processor for digital signals, cabling, and a Dante AVIO USB adapter.
Choosing your Yamaha Package
Currently, the two Yamaha plug-and-play conferencing packages are available in two microphone options. If you choose the ready-to-install boardroom versions, then you’ll get 14 gooseneck microphones along with two wearable microphones. On the other hand, the conference bundle features 14 table-top directional microphones, along with a set of two wearable microphones intended for presentations and additional flexibility.
From the point of set up, the Ensemble solution will be pre-configured and ready to connect to any company’s UC platform through a single USB cable. You can link your Yamaha experience to Cisco Webex, Skype for Business, Zoom, GoToConference, Amazon Chime, BlueJeans and many other environments too. Additionally, by utilising the Yamaha advanced audio engineering solution, businesses will be able to tap into dynamic microphone mixing tech and adaptive AEC algorithms to upgrade their audio experience. This ensures a best-in-class conferencing environment regardless of your situation.
Enterprise IT departments will have complete control over their AV solutions with Yamaha’s comprehensive and easy-to-install system.
