Shure outlines that its fully integrated, scalable meeting room solutions deliver industry-leading audio and video performance across various room sizes, from huddle spaces to large conference rooms. Purpose-built for rapid deployment, the vendor adds that the systems are engineered to simplify setup while ensuring consistent meeting room experiences.

The company also says compatibility with Microsoft Teams environments ensures smooth integration into existing collaboration workflows, aiming to help IT teams maintain reliability and standardisation across their meeting spaces. The newly certified solution is now shipping in the Americas (except for Brazil).

More Information on the Newly Certified IntelliMix Room Kits

Shure says it delivers four pre-configured meeting room solutions, each tailored to specific space requirements, from small rooms to large conference environments.

These kits include a Windows-based Microsoft Teams Rooms Compute with integrated Shure IntelliMix Room DSP, a user-friendly Touch Panel, one or two MXA902 Ceiling Array Microphone and Loudspeaker units, Huddly camera systems, and all necessary connectivity and power accessories. Featuring zero-touch provisioning, Shure adds that the kits auto-configure on startup to enable fast, hassle-free deployment with minimal IT intervention.

Designed for remote management at scale, Shure affirms that the systems are IoT-enabled and fully compatible with ShureCloud, Microsoft Teams Admin Center, and the Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal. This seeks to empower IT teams to monitor, control, and troubleshoot devices from anywhere.

Shure also highlights that it offers an optional three-year extended warranty to safeguard long-term value, providing up to five years of total coverage. This added protection is available through Shure’s network of authorised channel partners, giving organisations additional confidence in their investment.

What Did Shure Get Up To In 2024?

In November, Shure announced a new audio conferencing kit, the MXA902 Integrated Ceiling Array Mic and Loudspeaker, to elevate the meeting room experience.

Engineered for simplicity and performance, the Shure MXA902, when combined with the ANIUSB-MATRIX Audio Network Interface, delivers a hassle-free deployment experience and native integration with today’s top collaboration platforms. This all-in-one audio solution is built to provide exceptional sound clarity straight out of the box, making it ideal for modern meeting spaces.

The system is fully certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms and compatible with Google Meet. The system ensures smooth interoperability across hybrid work environments.

In September, Shure unveiled ShureCloud, its centralised device management solution for networked Shure audio devices.

Shure positions ShureCloud as a management platform tailored to the needs of IT administrators and AV integrators. It features intuitive workflows that align with familiar enterprise tools. With secure, real-time remote access, users can monitor, configure, and update audio devices and licenses from virtually anywhere, enabling agile support and streamlined operations across distributed environments.

Built to scale across diverse sectors—including SMBs, large enterprises, government, and education—ShureCloud delivers a centralised hub for audio device management. The platform helps organisations drive operational efficiency and maintain high-performance audio systems with less hands-on intervention by simplifying oversight and reducing complexity.
