Leading provider of cloud communication and collaboration solutions, 8×8 recently announced the launch of their PartnerXchange solution. The new portal enables partners in the channel to efficiently and effectively manage 8×8-related sales and drive the adoption of cloud solutions. The platform was designed to support partners in doing business with 8×8 on a global scale.

The CEO of MicroCorp, Karin Fields, said that the business is excited about the launch of PartnerXchange. MicroCorp believes that the platform gives them everything they need to successfully sell 8×8 solutions and exceed the expectations of their customers.

Introducing a New Strategy for Partners

Recently, 8×8 has been placing increasing effort into its strategies for partner support. As the business continues to evolve, 8×8 wants to ensure that its partners have the guidance and tools they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences. According to the Channel Chief at 8×8, John DeLozier, the PartnerXchange platform will give 8×8 the freedom to drive more efficient interactions with partners. Additionally, automation and business management features will reduce friction for the channel community.

Within the PartnerXchange platform, users will be able to find a range of real-time features that support a broader focus on robust information exchange and simplified processes. According to DeLozier, PartnerXchange also provides greater transparency and visibility into the activities and needs of the channel partner. This insight will allow 8×8 to keep their finger on the pulse of emerging partner trends.

Features of PartnerXchange

The PartnerXchange solution gives the 8×8 community access to faster solutions for setting up and supporting deals. For instance, features include:

  • Quick submission strategies for deal registrations
  • The opportunity to access information to drive sales
  • Locating partner-ready tools to generate additional demand
  • Access to real-time stats on support cases and sale opportunities
  • Click-through access to certification and training
  • Self-service functionality for admins

PartnerXchange also offers enhanced deal registration and instant partner registration with “PartnerXperience” case set-up. Partners will also receive the tools they need to manage customer cases, along with an initiation letter for authorisation purposes.

The new partner program follows just after 8×8 received recognition from the industry for their X Series with the CRN Tech Innovator award. Additionally, John DeLozier was just announced as 2019 Channel Chief by CRN.
