Atos, one of the global market leaders in the current market for digital transformation, recently announced a new addition to their distribution community. Ingram Micro, a company dedicated to delivering a wide spectrum of supply chain and technology services to businesses around the world, will now be a distribution partner for Atos in the UK. This means that Ingram Micro will be able to distribute the full Atos UC&C portfolio throughout the UK, marketing it under the Unify brand.
With a close focus on the expanding cloud market, the agreement between Atos and Ingram will make sure that Ingram Micro reseller partners throughout the UK have access to the vast and impressive range of Unify products offered by the Atos brand. Today, Atos is a global leader in digital transformation, offering a host of impressive cloud, cybersecurity and high-performance computing solutions.
Building on an Existing Relationship
The Atos Unify brand is one of the leading names in the UC&C market, offering the state-of-the-art Circuit solution. Circuit is a leading enterprise collaboration service intended to help modern businesses work more efficiently together in the agile and transformative marketplace. The Circuit UCC offering is available to deliver through the cloud to any size of business, whether you’ve got 3 users, or 300,000.
For some time now, Ingram Micro and Atos have had a significant and influential relationship. Both organisations deliver services and products to the other in a range of different markets. The expanded agreement will accelerate the opportunities that Ingram Micro has to spread the Unify UCC solutions throughout the UK, including Circuit. What’s more, the new collaboration will leverage Ingram Micro’s proven expertise in empowering the channel through a dedicated service team capable of offering training, support, and innovation.
Ingram Micro acquired Comms-care in 2016 to expand its impressive service offering solution within the United Kingdom. The company will be bringing this benefit to the growing relationship that it has with Atos when it comes to selling the Unify UCC solutions. Comms-Care is backed by a state-of-the-art service portfolio that offers excellent functionality across the IT lifecycle.
Bringing Unify to the UK

The SVP for Unify Sales in UK and Ireland at Atos, Stuart Aldridge, noted that he was delighted to see the UK at the heart of the new arm of the relationship that Atos has with Ingram Micro. Currently, the UK’s adoption of cloud computing is growing at a rapid pace, particularly among the enterprise. This growth requires distribution that comes with incredible agility, insightful market knowledge, and reliability. Ingram Micro has proven its ability to offer all of those things.
The GM for UCC & Business Development at Ingram Micro, Colin McGregor, also commented on the expanding partnership in a recent press release, noting that Unify will support Ingram Micro’s strategy for delivering excellent opportunities to the Unified Communication and Collaboration world. The agreement is effective immediately and will be launched to partners in the Ingram Micro community over the summer of 2019.
