AudioCodes has introduced new AI-powered solutions to its Live service to empower its channel partners.

AudioCodes, a voice, contact centre, and conversational AI solutions leader, is enhancing its AudioCodes Live suite with a range of value-added services.

These include Voca CIC, an AI-first, omnichannel contact centre solution designed for seamless integration with Microsoft Teams; Meeting Insights, a generative AI-powered solution that enhances meeting productivity through automated summaries and intelligent insights; and Interaction Insights, a cloud-based compliance and convenience recording service complemented by advanced interaction analytics.

These additions aim to strengthen AudioCodes’ portfolio, bolstering collaboration, compliance, and customer engagement across communication platforms.

Delivered securely and efficiently from the cloud, AudioCodes outlines that the new apps are designed to modernise both CX and EX within enterprises.

They aim to complement AudioCodes Live’s globally deployed, certified voice calling services for Microsoft Teams, Webex by Cisco, and Zoom Phone customers, alongside its cloud voice migration services for enterprise contact centre platforms like Genesys Cloud.

AudioCodes stresses that the services are delivered via the AudioCodes Live Platform, a service delivery platform designed for Multi-CaaS environments. It features advanced service automation along with AI-based monitoring and analytics tools.

The Live Platform enables service providers and channel partners to accelerate customer onboarding, reduce costs, and significantly shorten time to revenue.

AudioCodes Unveils AI-First Intelligent Meeting Room to Transform Hybrid Meetings

In January, AudioCodes unveiled its “Intelligent Meeting Room” to enhance meetings through AI capabilities.

The Intelligent Meeting Room by AudioCodes integrates generative AI and intelligent video capabilities to enhance productivity and engagement for both in-person and remote participants. It automatically generates and shares meeting summaries, allowing attendees to focus on discussions without the distraction of manual note-taking.

Additionally, AudioCodes’ Meeting Insights technology records and transcribes meetings, transforming them into AI-powered minutes. This streamlines the meeting process and contributes to building a valuable organisational knowledge repository.
