Dstny Automate has launched its Operator Connect Accelerator support to help service providers gain accreditation for the Teams voice solution.
The firm, known as Qunifi until its acquisition by Dstny, partners with Ribbon to deliver the service via its Carrier Automate platform.
Mark Herbert, Dstny Automate Co-Founder, said: βWeβre excited to be partnering with Ribbon and leveraging Ribbon Connect for Operator Connect as new element of our Carrier Automate solution.
βThe two companies have developed a strong technology relationship that allows us to deliver Operator Connect Accelerator services to all of Dstnyβs current and future customers.
βWe can rapidly help carriers deliver telecom offerings via Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams, in just a few weeks, and, use that same platform for other UCaaS offerings.β
As its name suggests, Carrier Automate automates much of the Operator Connect set-up process for service providers, drastically reducing the upfront costs compared to building the technology themselves.
Microsoft announced Operator Connect Accelerator in April, with Ribbon among the launch partners.
Tony Scarfo, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Cloud & Edge Business Unit at Ribbon Communications, said: βEnabling Operator Connect-based services is a key strategic initiative for service providers globally.
βRibbon & Dstny have already established a technology partnership to deliver services for this market, and weβre delighted to be extending that partnership to a marketing and sales relationship.
βThe combined solution will give Dstnyβs growing customer base access to a compelling solution for Operator Connect that accelerates the growth of providersβ Microsoft Teams offerings.β
