Vectors 2019, SkySwitch’s annual user conference, begins in the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando next week. As an exclusively channel focused business SkySwitch places huge value on its partnerships with resellers and service providers with Vectors providing an opportunity to gather those partners for a conference – jam packed with cutting edge content.

A four day show, Vectors, brings hundreds of members of SkySwitch’s partner community to Orlando to witness an event featuring industry leading speakers, discussion forums and first hand access to the SkySwitch executive team.

This year’s theme is ‘Transform Cloud Communications’. SkySwitch wants to equip its partners with the most innovative services available. These include hosted PBX and UCCaaS, unified communications and collaboration as-a-service, platforms that can offer its partners an unrivalled solution set in the channel market. Jones told us that this year’s theme is about working in conjunction with its partners to truly enable transformation.

“This year its about transforming your business and transforming business communications as a whole – its really based around good educational content for these resellers so they can take away valuable lessons from our very qualified list of speakers.”

As well as offering its partners an opportunity to examine the full platform portfolio available, SkySwitch have also bought some of the industry’s leading minds into the show to provide independent learning opportunities.

Amy Lind, Research Manager at International Data Corporation, takes on one of three keynote slots at this year’s conference and her focus on the transforming market will give the partners present a unique insight into how to best plan their future business strategies. Lind will be joined as a keynote speaker by straight talking Jim Kennan. A sales specialist, Kennan, will be aiming to transfer some of his 20 years’ experience to the partners in attendance to equip them to continually succeed as sales tactics and approaches transform in the cloud era. The final keynote slot falls to co-founder of Vonage Jeff Pulver. Now Executive Vice Chairman of Skrumble, Pulver has decades of industry experience and with his success with the likes of Vonage any aspiring transformers in the audience will undoubtedly find his insight invaluable.

In addition to the keynote speeches Vectors also includes a host of other breakout sessions and learning opportunities covering a vast array of topics including; valuation models for UCaaS providers, learning how to sell on MMS, how to get more out of Rev.io and much more. Partners will be able to choose the paths that have most relevance to their own businesses providing a tailored experience throughout the event.

Vectors 2019 has proved such an attraction that a virtual ‘who’s who’ of industry names take up the mantle as sponsors. Poly are this year’s title sponsor but are joined by other industry leaders including; Compliance Solutions Inc, Adaptiv Networks and 88VoIP and another 28 leading brands who complete the line-up. The sponsors will be able to demonstrate their latest solutions to the service providers and resellers in attendance, demonstrate potential new revenue streams and also highlight cost saving techniques that are invaluable to channel members.

Your very own UC Today will also be in attendance at Vectors 2019 as media partners so make sure you stay tuned for all of the news and themes from this year’s show.

Jones also told us that Vectors also provides a social aspect to compliment all of the learning and networking opportunities.

“This one of the areas I really enjoy about Vectors – it just allows SkySwitch team members and the executives to really interact with our resellers – this is the time for us to come together converse, socialise and really get to spend quality time together to learn more about how we can help each other.”

The event’s Annual Dinner Party which will be taking place on Sunday at Hard Rock Live will feature Julian Marley, son of reggae artist and performer Bob Marley, and should have all of the partners enthused for the week ahead.
