Wildix, a global provider of collaboration systems based on WebRTC technology, recently announced the arrival of their digital UC&C Summit for 2021. This annual event provides opportunities for UC&C providers to gather crucial insights about the market while getting updates from the Wildix team. Previously, the event took place in both North America and Europe. However, due to the travel restrictions imposed by COVID-19; the company chose an online event for this year.

According to the CEO of Wildix, Steve Osler, smart working and video conferencing have been the defining features of the past year, and the company wants its Summit to align with current standards. We now expect to be able to connect with people from the comfort of our own homes, and virtual events are a part of this new experience.

Most of the Summit will be dedicated to discussing Wildix updates, but it will also address the changes happening in the IT landscape, and the new expectations of customers.

Preparing for the New Workplace

According to Osler, the UC&C Summit for 2021 is all about developing new business opportunities and examining how the last year has changed our relationship with technology. Tech is a new and permanent part of the foundations for how we live our lives, and how we work in these times. The right technology is essential to keeping us connected, and communication solution providers are playing a bigger role in the ability of businesses to thrive right now.

The professionals that visit the UC&C Summit have an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in the way that people run their businesses and connect with customers.

Steve will be headlining the Summit along with CTO of Wildix, Dimitri Osler, CMO, Emililano Tomasoni, and CSO, Alberto Benigno. The Summit will also host a variety of guest speakers from outside of Wildix, including Julie Thomas, CEO of ValueSelling Associates, Dominic Black, Director of Research for the Cavell Group, and Raphaël Croteau, the Regional VP for Salesforce.

Wildix will be broadcasting the 2021 Summit on the 18th of January 2021 between the hours of 4pm and 7pm CET, or 10am to 1pm ET. All registrants will be able to watch the event, and you can sign up to view the Summit and order your own “Summit box” of Wildix merchandise now.
