IPCortex launches Cloud PBX Platform to Reseller Channel

IPCortex launches Cloud PBX Platform to Reseller Channel

IPCortex, the British communications software developer, recently announced the launch of the IPCortex Hosted Suite. Developed in response to demand from the channel for hosted solutions that are more easily differentiated, Hosted Suite uses a unique feature set and embedded communications modules to empower resellers to generate new revenue streams and operate higher margins.

  • Hosted Suite offers workflow-friendly communications platform with market-leading security, allowing resellers to generate new revenue streams and operate higher margins
  • Extending the core IPCortex platform to the cloud for the first time, ensures partners have a differentiated solution for every type of opportunity

Based on the core IPCortex PBX platform currently trusted by over 80,000 business users, Hosted Suite is designed to make a measurable difference to the way end customers work. It delivers a rich and regularly improved feature set and benefits as standard, including a market-leading provisioning mechanism that ensures conversations stay secure; sophisticated fraud prevention and a fraud guarantee; collaboration anywhere with anyone via a single web application; and advanced customer engagement and contact centre tools. It also includes embedded contextual communications capabilities to open up new opportunities for frictionless communication between businesses and customers from anywhere.

As a channel only business, IPCortex will offer Hosted Suite to its reseller network, working with them to enable clear points of differentiation and opening up new sales opportunities in a range of different markets from education and healthcare to finance, legal, retail and manufacturing industries. Hosted Suite will allow resellers the flexibility to scale as needed and enable customers to work smarter, not harder. It will also allow them to break away from competitive pricing wars, while increasing the average value per user and raising the average size of deployment for hosted systems – as well as simply making quality margin from customers that only want a dial tone to begin with.

Rob Pickering, CEO at IPCortex comments; “Contextual and embedded communication is redefining the value that resellers can expect from hosted services, moving the conversation away from dial tone and increasing the size and spend associated with every deployment. Our existing service providers, who have already been deploying the IPCortex platform as hosted, are seeing the benefit of this and reporting growth of 100 per cent year on year. We’re delighted to be able to facilitate this shift in demand and unlock the opportunity for more partners.”

Steve Webber, MD of reseller Westcom Networks, commented, “Having access to a hosted IPCortex platform allows us much better scope when working with both smaller business and those with users spread over multiple locations. We look forward to being able to more quickly deploy IPCortex solutions for our customers without the cost, time and complexity of having to build a VPN infrastructure to connect remote phones back to a central PABX”.

Hosted Suite is easy to get up and running for resellers, no matter whether they’re selling hosted comms for the first time or trying it alongside an existing platform, and includes comprehensive training and documentation. IPCortex operates exclusively through the channel and offers resellers a differentiated communications proposition delivered on-site or in the cloud, hardware or virtual, single or multi tenant, standalone or embedded.
