Kerv is acquiring Communications Compliance Practice from TDS Global Solutions to enhance its FCA-regulated compliance services. Β
The business, which is being rebranded as Kerv Communications Compliance Practice, provides compliance services to major financial organisations, including half of Tier 1 banks in the UK.Β Β Β
As a result of the acquisition, Kervβs staff number will increase to over 500 and its new turnover forecasts are in excess of Β£60m.Β Β

Communication Compliance Practice has 140,000 compliance channels with over three billion recorded calls. Β
Headquarters of the compliance company are in London, and it employs 40 staff from Europe, Asia, and North America.Β Β
The annual turnover for the business is over Β£10m with a 20% growth rate over the last year, which is forecasted to increase further over the current financial year.Β Β
Kerv will retain all of the newly acquired companyβs staff. It has said that CEO Brad Gorton, Head of Strategy Paul Wilson and other Communications Compliance executives will step into senior roles at Kerv.Β Β
They will work with the Kerv Collaborate management team, which already has experience in the banking and financial sector.Β Β

In 2020, Kerv wasΒ formed by a Β£30m mergerΒ of DoubleEdge Professional Services, Metaphor IT, and Foehn.Β Β
Last year, KervΒ grew its annual revenue to Β£50m, following its acquisition of Gyrocom.
