Metavoxx, a company committed to delivering complete communication and contact management solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, recently announced its new app. The solution is designed to give customers everything they need to communicate, including business messaging, contact management, CRM, VoIP phone, email, video meetings, document storage, and screenshare. According to Co-Founder and Technical Director of Metavoxx, Paul Hanner, the solution is a log-in and go service, now in its second version. The updated version comes with document storage and CRM calendar, as well as a range of other refinements to the primary experience launched in August 2019.

Metavoxx has significantly upgraded the user interface, with features like call records and call recording in the CRM records. This provides users with a higher level of activity detail that would have been impossible to achieve with a traditional phone and CRM system integration. To achieve this new functionality, Metavoxx has built the telephony solution and CRM from the ground up over the last five years, to be fully integrated into the cloud.

For the end-user, this means that there’s no cost or time required to integrate different products. Additionally, it also means that remote and mobile workers are kept in the loop, with access to seamless integration. For resellers, there are various benefits to working with Metavoxx and reselling their solutions over a traditional VoIP system. According to Co-founder and Director, Robin Frost, the inclusion of CRM and various other business communication and collaboration tools helps to boost customer retention.

Metavoxx is hosted in an AWS cloud in London, ensuring that customer data can remain GDPR compliant. Additionally, nothing is downloaded onto user devices, which means that the administrator can easily disable access to a solution remotely.
