WebTrit provides a feature-rich softphone app that can run in Android, iOS, browser or (coming soon) as a native application for Windows and MacOS.
It utilises modern WebRTC technology for voice and video communications – solving the many problems that plague traditional apps that attempt to implement full-stack VoIP support.
It is the first dialler of its kind to offer full and free source code access; so front-end functionality and UI can be easily customised by in-house development teams.
WebTrit provides the back-end via a SaaS subscription which powers in-app VoIP and video and enables push notifications – enabling the app to be closed to save battery and only wake up when receiving an inbound call.
It can integrate telephony into CRM, MS Teams and Office, and aid monetization by enabling in-app purchases and integration with selected local partners’ offers.
New users sign up and activate a free trial to access a basic dialler app to start development and testing immediately. In one day, it is possible to create a customized version of their own domain, connect to their hosted PBX system, and add their logo and colors.
Users’ branded apps can be then uploaded to Google Play or iTunes under their name and customers can then be invited to start using the service via QR code or SMS.
