SpliceCom unveiled a new cloud-based voice platform for the SME market in 2016, claiming it will offer businesses a choice between the “extremes” of hosted and traditional on-premises voice solutions.

Select Cloud Voice has been designed specifically for small and micro businesses of up to 80 employees. The award winning voice and telephony systems developer has a strong track record marketing innovative systems to smaller firms, and uses the same scalable operating system across all of its enterprise communications software.

With the launch of Select Cloud Voice, the Herts-based manufacturer has focused on providing an end-to-end private cloud voice service. The aim is to provide businesses used to their own PBX systems an affordable, dedicated virtual comms server complete with SIPs trunks to offer full and flexible UC functionality.

Stuart Bell, SpliceCom’s Head of UK Sales, said:

“We’ve utilised our own technology and bridged the two polarised extremes of hosted and traditional PBX vendors, and by doing so we have smashed the price barrier for private cloud voice delivery.”

The brand’s Vision Business Management comes as standard, whilst the service is provided with on-network connectivity, providing greater security and performance guarantees. The software is enabled for optional add ons such as Vision Live wallboards and dashboards and additional capacity to store call recordings.
