Forward-thinking communications and SaaS solutions company, Strategic Imperatives recently announced some updates to their C-Suite with the introduction of a new CTO and COO. Tim Sayer will be taking the role of Chief Operating Officer, while Matt Brewster steps up as Chief Technology Officer. The announcement comes just after Strategic Imperatives has earned several accolades and industry awards for their “Elevate” solution. Elevate is a ground-breaking service designed to support monetisation and billing practices.

Brewster and Sayer will be bringing plenty of industry knowledge, as well as experience and passion into their new roles. They’ll be joining the rest of the Strategic Imperatives management team, with CEO Wail Sabbagh at the helm.

Together, the trio plans to achieve incredible things. According to Wail, Matt and Tim’s passion and expertise in best-of-breed technology and customer experience strategies will be crucial as the business continues with its path towards innovating and ground-breaking new products for their customers.

Driving Continued Growth for Strategic Imperatives

Sabbagh noted that currently, the Strategic Imperatives brand is in an enviable position, thanks to the increasing demand for the subscription economy, and the rise of 5G connectivity. Additionally, more business customers are beginning to seek out intelligent solutions for their billing environments. Tim and Matt will help to preserve and enhance Strategic Imperatives’ strength as the brand continues into its next stage of growth.

Sayer’s experience in the billing background will be helpful as Strategic Imperative strives to maintain dominance of the SaaS telecoms billing and provisioning solutions with Elevate. Additionally, Brewster’s insights into cloud infrastructure should be useful in driving the next stage of Elevate and CPConnect – the API that allows CPs to integrate with numerous network providers.

In press releases, Tim announced that he believes his move to the Strategic Imperatives company comes at a great time for the brand. He noted that Elevate already has a powerful reputation in the software, IT and communications community, and he’s excited to work with the team to continue “disrupting the billing landscape.”

A Passion for Technology

According to Matt Brewster, his new promotion to CTO of Strategic Imperatives will allow him to continue pursuing his passion for technology while driving better collaborative connections with clients. In a press release, he said that the teams “talent and dedication” is unrivalled in the current marketplace and allows the business to focus on driving a consistent growth strategy.

At the Comms National Awards, Elevate recently won “Best Innovation,” and also earned “Channel Product of the Year” at the Comms business awards. The software has also been highly commended in the SME solution category of the EU software excellence awards for 2019.
