Presenter Patrick is joined by Mike Kane, who is Vice President for Worldwide Channel Sales at Dialpad.
Patrick visits the Dialpad booth to speak to Mike about the news of Dialpad’s expansion into the European marketplace. Dialpad have now opened offices in London and have established a go to market strategy by assembling a partner network across the continent.
Mike also tells Patrick about why Dialpad’s offering has been so successful in the United States and why they hope to transfer that to the UK and European markets. AI is critical to Dialpad’s success as it has integrated AI enhanced features throughout the three main areas of its portfolio. Finally Patrick asks Mike how the differences in cloud adoption on this side of the Atlantic might impact Dialpad’s approach to the market.
