Leading collaboration intelligence company, Vyopta, recently announced that the number of UCaaS licensees it supports has doubled in the last year. Driven by the new demand for remote work and hybrid employment, Vyopta has successfully connected more companies than ever in the last year, supporting more than 40 million people worldwide.
Vyopta’s Collaboration Performance Management solution (the flagship product for the brand) helps users to identify and solve over 9 million issues in the last 12 months.
According to Alfredo Ramirez, the CEO of Vyopta, digital transformation accelerated at an incredible pace in 2020, and companies have been searching for the best way to support remote workforces ever since. Going forward, Vyopta expects to see continued growth in UC user licenses, matching the increase in UC room licenses as users begin the return to the office.
Bringing Collaboration Management to Teams
In the last year, the Collaboration Performance Management (CPM) product from Vyopta evolved to support more major vendors, including Zoom, Cisco, Microsoft, and Google Meet. The solution was the first to support Google Meet as a UC monitoring and analytics provider. Later, Vyopta also added advanced analytics and tailored solutions for distance learning and healthcare.
Product improvements across vendors included Intelligent Monitoring Engines with smart alerts to empower collaboration and IT engineers in quickly solving problems. The company also implemented UC troubleshooting solutions for the frontline of IT teams.
Technology Intelligence with access to alerting, monitoring, and analytics tools, and Workplace Intelligence further enhanced Vyopta’s offering. What’s more, the company continued to add new UC support solutions for offerings like Oracle Acme Packet, and RingCentral while launching a next-gen platform for access to AI, machine learning, IoT, and Big Data-based insights.
A Rapidly Growing Solution in Collaboration
Currently, more than 76% of Vyopta’s customers are located in the technology, healthcare, financial services, and federal government sectors. Clients range from the US Department of Affairs for Veterans to Visa and Stanford University. The Programmatic Support solution for managed service providers also led to a 200% rise in the company’s number of MSP partners. Vyopta is also currently working with FedRAMP to serve Federal Agencies in the US, alongside regulated enterprise companies.
According to Ramirez, large organisations are hunting for a platform capable of delivering insights that align real-estate, technology, and people to achieve better ROI. Vyopta provides the data around UC and collaboration that the C-suite needs for stronger decision making.
Aside from increasing its number of users in the last year, Vyopta has also won the Global Customer Value leadership award from Frost & Sullivan, the 2020 UC Excellence award from TMC, and the Cisco Partner Summit award for ecosystem partner of the year.
