Avaya released their latest in cutting edge team engagement technology last year, Avaya Equinox.

Equinox is a new enterprise unified communications software platform from Avaya which offers a whole new UC solution for organisations seeking a more joined up communications experience.

Mobile

There’s a mobile client for smartphones which allows users to collaborate together in teams and built-in video conferencing which is all underpinned by ultra crisp HD video.

Web RTC

Equinox offers a Web RTC plugin for internet browsers which means your soft-phone functionality is built into the internet browser, therefore no need to install software.

Integrations

Equinox for web offers browser support for features like click to call. Common applications support like Office 365, Salesforce CRM and Google Apps are ready to go.
