Leading Voice Analytics & Interactive Billing provider Soft-ex has recently been awarded Co-sell Ready status by Microsoft. The coveted status gives way to significant collaboration between Soft-ex and Microsoft’s sales teams and channel partners when it comes to global sales opportunities.

The Co-sell Ready status effectively means that the Soft-ex solution is available on Microsoft Teams’ commercial marketplace as an official value-add to the Teams solution. This allows Teams users to benefit from advanced self-serve UC Voice Analytics & Billing capabilities in order to optimise customer experience, costs and quality of service.

Soft-ex CEO Ian Sparling, commented that the company “is delighted to have achieved Microsoft Co-sell Ready status.” According to Sparling, as the company’s SAAS solutions are now included in the Microsoft Product Catalog, they are able to offer “a truly integrated journey to optimising UC infrastructure, performance and costs in a Microsoft Teams environment.”

One More Step on the Way to a Hybrid Future

The awarding of the Co-sell Ready status is a key milestone for Soft-ex. It provides their solution with global recognition as an innovative service complementing MS Teams. Considering the fact that the number of daily active Microsoft Teams users has almost doubled over the past year, increasing from 75 million users in April 2020 to 145 million as of April 2021, this offers a huge opportunity for Soft-ex to provide their Teams-integrated solution to more customers who want centralised UC visibility.

“Soft-ex has been assisting Teams users to optimise and enrich their use of analytics and billing for a while now, so we’re very excited to elevate our partnership with Microsoft,” said Gráinne Magfhloinn, SVP Business Development & Marketing at Soft-ex.

“We expect to broaden our global scope of potential customers and reach even more diverse market segments that will benefit from this collaboration”

In this new era of hybrid work, Soft-ex are particularly excited about the collaboration with such a global, innovative UC provider as Microsoft.

“We are incredibly happy to be working so closely with Microsoft, especially in light of the significant Digital Transformation processes that businesses around the world are going through. We are positive that this collaboration will help provide companies with visibility and analytics in order to enhance how they communicate and collaborate,” says Magfhloinn.
