The package can be scaled up or down, allowing customers to choose between six-tiered options, starting with Zoom One Basic and going up to Zoom One Enterprise Plus.Β Β
Greg Tomb, President of Zoom, said: βSimplicity is at the core of everything we do.Β Β
βAs the Zoom platform has evolved from a meeting app to a comprehensive communications platform, it was clear that introducing new packaging like Zoom One was the next step in the companyβs evolution.
βBy bringing together chat, phone, meetings, whiteboard, and more in a single offering, we are able to offer our customers solutions that are simple to manage, so they can focus on business issues that matter most.βΒ Β
Zoom One PackagesΒ Β
The entry-level to Zoom Oneβs six-tiered offerings is Zoom One Basic which includes 40 minutes of free Zoom Meetings for 100 attendees, Zoom Chat, limited Zoom Whiteboard functionality, and real-time transcription.Β Β
Zoom One Pro is the next step up, and it has the same features as Zoom One Basic, a 300-attendee limit and unlimited Zoom Whiteboards.Β Β
If this is not enough, Zoom One Business Plus has all of the above features and Zoomβs new translation feature (see below). Β
Zoom One Enterprise offers the same as Zoom One Business, a larger meeting capacity, and Zoom Webinars.Β Β
Finally, Zoom One Enterprise Plus extends Zoom One Enterpriseβs features with unlimited calling as an optional add-on. Β
Brent Kelly, Principal Analyst, Omdia Research, said: βBusinesses continue to realize the time and cost-saving a single provider can offer.Β Β
βAccording to Omdiaβs latest end-user survey, 40% of organizations are prioritizing investments around eliminating multiple cloud-based UC solutions that may be deployed within their organizations.Β Β
βThe need to simplify business operations is a market trend that we see as being increasingly important, and Zoom Oneβs tiered bundles and common management console align well to this customer demand.βΒ Β

Zoom is initially launching translated captions on Zoom One Business Plus and Zoom One Enterprise Plus to enable users to view captions in their chosen language.Β Β
The translations will be available in ten languages, which will all be able to translate to and from English (bi-directional translation). Captions will appear at the bottom of the screen in Zoom Meetings.Β Β
The following languages will be available: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Russian, and Ukrainian.Β Β
Similarly, Zoomβs automated captions, which support real-time caption translation, will include these ten new languages. Previously, English was the only option.Β Β
