TD SYNNEX has formed a distribution agreement with Zoom, enabling it to offer Zoom’s platform to its channel partners and their end-users.
Describing itself as a “leading global distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem”, TD SYNNEX expects its new partnership to add value to its portfolio for businesses of all sizes in the channel.
Zoom’s AI-powered platform brings with it solutions like phone, team chat, meetings, cloud contact centre, whiteboard, smart recordings, and more.

According to TD SYNNEX, its offers fit well with its ecosystem of OEMs, ODMs, and software offerings to provide a comprehensive solution for partners.
Zoom now joins a range of TD SYNNEX’s communications solutions that facilitate effective collaboration and connectivity for the end-users of its partners.
Earlier this year, TD SYNNEX partnered with Google Cloud to bring Google Workspace, BigQuery, zero trust offerings in cybersecurity, public sector industry solutions, Vertex AI, and more solutions to its partner community in the US public sector.
Last year, the company agreed on a strategic partnership with CallTower in order to develop business growth within the Cisco and Microsoft reseller groups.
The partnership seeks to accelerate growth with access to resellers for brand awareness, positioning, and joint sales alignment, which supports short and long-term businesses.
Less than two weeks ago, TD SYNNEX was appointed as a UK and Ireland distributor for Zyxel Networks, allowing it to add Zyxel’s range of switches, WiFi access points, and security appliances to its portfolio.
In return, Zyxel will be able to leverage TD SYNNEX’s services to increase their product offering and increase their sales.
TD SYNNEX provides solutions to more than 150,000 customers in over 100 countries.
Headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, the company unites IT products, services, and solutions from more than 1500 technology vendors.
Its edge-to-cloud portfolio includes high-growth technology sectors, such as cloud, cybersecurity, big data and analytics, mobility, IOT, and everything as a service.
This month also saw TD SYNNEX scoop two awards from Adobe at Partner Connect.
It was named Adobe Cloud Marketplace Partner of the Year for the EMEA region and Best Retention Partner in the UK, in recognition of its work supporting Adobe partners and helping with the migration to the VIP Marketplace.

In October 2022, Tech Data rebranded to become TD SYNNEX, as a result of its $7.2 billion merger in March of the same year with US SYNNEX, creating a $57 billion revenue distribution company of 22,000 employees. It has since expanded its employee numbers to 23,500.
