ViewSonic has announced new Microsoft Teams Rooms bundles for seamless communications and collaboration.
Titled Microsoft Teams Rooms Meeting Space Solutions, the bundles comprise the ViewSonic TeamJoin TRS10, which features a computing engine mini-PC and touch console, and the TeamJoin Plus TRS-10-UB, which includes the mini-PC and touch console as well as a 4K conference camera. These products blend hardware and software to enhance collaboration, video conferencing, productivity, and communication.

ViewSonic’s Microsoft Teams Rooms certified bundles represent a comprehensive solution that can scale to meet various meeting space needs. Microsoft Teams Rooms combines certified devices and software to connect in-person and remote participants seamlessly, offering high-quality audio, video, and content sharing.
Both bundles prioritise enterprise-grade security with integrated Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 for secure computing. Intuitive controls enable instant meeting starts, while integration with productivity tools streamlines workflows.
The ViewSonic TeamJoin TRS10 is available in May for an estimated price of $999. The ViewSonic TeamJoin Plus TRS10-UB is also available in May but with an estimated cost of $1,599.

The ViewSonic TeamJoin TRS10 Bundle combines the MPC310-W31-TU computing engine mini-PC, equipped with an Intel 12th generation Core processor and licensed Windows 11 IoT Enterprise edition for robust security. Connectivity includes USB-C, USB 3.0 Type-A, HDMI, RJ45, and Audio-Out.
Accompanying this is the MRC1010-TN 10-inch touch console, featuring a Full HD touch display with intuitive controls for meeting management. Its adaptable design supports wall mounting or stand placement, with connectivity options such as USB-C, USB 3.0 Type-A, HDMI, and Audio-out interfaces.
The ViewSonic TeamJoin Plus TRS10-UB Bundle includes both products as the first bundle but also features a 4K UBM202 Video Conferencing Camera.
The camera is a versatile 3-in-1 4K Ultra HD camera with a wide-angle lens of 120 degrees, boasting 12MP and 5x digital zoom capabilities. It features voice and camera tracking, seamlessly switching between wide-angle and speaker-focused views. Additionally, it incorporates an 8W speaker, a 3W subwoofer, and a beamforming 6-microphone array with noise and echo cancellation. Connectivity options include USB-C and Audio-out interfaces.
