What Else Has CallTower Been Up To Recently?

In September, CallTower and Nuvias UC partnered to distribute advanced cloud communications solutions across the EMEA.

Nuvias UC, a prominent wholesale technology distributor, provides CallTower with an opportunity to capitalise on its extensive EMEA market presence and expertise. This partnership aims to strengthen CallTower’s global footprint and drive revenue growth.

CallTower emphasised that this collaboration marks a significant strategic milestone in its EMEA go-to-market strategy. By partnering with Nuvias UC, CallTower sought to equip Nuvias UC channels with global voice capabilities on cutting-edge industry platforms, enhancing their service offerings and expanding their market reach.

Meanwhile, in August, CallTower partnered with Tollring on its Analytics 365 solution designed specifically for Microsoft Teams to “revolutionise” call data insights.

CallTower outlined that Analytics 365 offers essential features designed to optimise company communications by harnessing real-time data insights. These insights provide critical analytics, enabling businesses to monitor performance and boost staff productivity, skill development, and overall operational efficiency. Customisable wallboards also allow teams to track call queues effectively, ensuring service level targets are achieved in line with business goals.
