Award-winning voice security solutions provider, Aeriandi are taking their secure cloud strategy a step further through a strategic partnership with Pindrop. The partnership will allow Aeriandi to tap into the anti-fraud detection solutions designed by Pindrop in their cloud-hosted voice platform. Aeriandi customers will now be able to use the phone channel authentication and anti-fraud technology offered by Pindrop in their existing security platform, without the need to install additional hardware on-site. Protective fraud alerts can automatically be sent through the web-based operator portal that Aeriandi providers to their customers, with the opportunity to embed features into a user’s customer relationship management (CRM) or desktop software.

First-Rate Fraud Protection

The partnership with Pindrop means that Aeriandi will be accessing the company’s flagship product “Pindrop Protect 4.0“, which comes combined with next-generation, high-definition phone printing technology. The next-generation Phoneprinting technology provided by Pindrop is a patented service designed to analyse over 1,380 individual features in a call to determine whether there are any subtle issues available that might indicate fraud.

Besides the one-of-a-kind Phoneprinting service, customers will also be able to enjoy the Pindrop Network, which comes with a robust solution to analyse a phone number’s behaviour and history. The service uses some of the most cutting-edge techniques in AI machine learning to track potential fraud, using model characteristics to assess the call in real-time. This process offers next-level security to agents who want to protect their company from the risk of fraudulent customers.
